Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms, especially the suite, were nice and spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. Access to the Executive Lounge was a bonus, providing a great place to work with stunning views of Ankara. However, the standard room was a bit small. The service from the bell boy to reception and housekeeping was friendly and professional, enhancing the overall stay. The location was excellent, within walking distance to many attractions and amenities in the Kavaklidere district. The dining experience, although good, could have been improved with more variety. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the comfort of the visit.

The service was amazing, especially from Mrs Neslihan, whose extreme kindness and excellent customer service were truly appreciated. The location suited us perfectly and is in a nice area, walking distance from Kuğulu Park and Tunali where there are many shops and restaurants. The dining experience was exceptional with a great choice of fresh food. Overall, a great experience with a few minor hiccups.
